Edinburgh Central Accommodation

I had a great stay at this centrally located accommodation. The tram works didn't bother me, as it was still easy to get to the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the separate toilet and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook my own meals. Plus, the location was perfect for walking to historic sites and there were bus lines nearby for easy transportation.

One downside was that the drinking water taps were not available in the room.

This hotel was fantastic value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was spot on. The location was ideal, only a short walk from Waverly Railway station and situated on a bustling street close to Princess street. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The basic amenities were more than enough and the rooms had very comfy beds. One detail that stood out was the complete bathroom, equipped with everything we needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options at an affordable price, with hot plates that kept the food deliciously warm.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

It was easy to walk to most key areas, and it was also not far from the city center or the tram link to the airport, with a short bus ride to Leith. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing a 24/7 pantry service and a locker system for luggage storage.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We stayed in a double room and we were actually surprised by the level of comfort and amenities. The room was well-equipped with a TV, towels, and our own bathroom and shower. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Another advantage was the coffee shop downstairs, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast or afternoon snack.

The only downside was that the WiFi connection was a bit unreliable, difficult to stay connected at all times. since we were only staying for a short romantic escape, it wasn't a major issue for us.
